Practical Guide For Vitalizing Your 7 Energy Centers

HEART: Breath-Centered Being & Balanced Body

Fourth Energy Center:  Heart

Astral Auric Body – Air Element

jen_butterfly_rainforest_4chakraThe heart center is the most important energy center in the body – both physically and spiritually.

Residing in the center of the chest is the heart chakra, the hub of life and the center of love.  This is home of Anahata (in Sanskrit, it is the sound that is made without any two things striking; unstruck)

Through the fourth energy center (the heart chakra), we become self-aware viewing the world as an interlocking puzzle.

Just as oxygenated blood from our lungs is pumped by the heart to the rest of the body, so the energy we receive from God passes through our heart chakra before it moves on to nourish the other chakras and systems of our body.

Breathing is fundamental to life.  We inhale oxygen through our lungs to cleanse and nourish the body, while exhaling carbon dioxide to remove waste.  Trees on the other hand, act like the lungs of the Earth and help the planet breathe by turning carbon dioxide into clean, pure oxygen.

LIFE IS ALL ABOUT BALANCE.  When our planet & ourselves are not in harmony, it reflects in our overall health.

The Astral layer or Fourth Layer of the Aura is associated with areas of expression on a physical, emotional and mental level and is related to the Fourth (Heart) Chakra.

The Astral Layer is called the bridge between the denser or lower vibrations of the physical plane and the finer or higher vibrations of the spiritual planes. It is the dividing line but it also connects the lower three layers with the higher three.

It is the layer within the Aura through which all energy must pass when going from one world to the other.

Virtually all healing energy comes through the Astral layer as it is the layer of love both specific and universal, and the first of the spiritual layers.

AIR ELEMENT:

Air is not one of the traditional five Chinese classical elements. Nevertheless, the ancient Chinese concept of Qi or chi is believed to be close to that of air.  Qi is believed to be part of every living thing that exists, as a kind of “life force” or “spiritual energy“. It is frequently translated as “energy flow”, or literally as “air” or “breath”.
